Your journey to Certified Obeya Coach

This is not a three-day classroom course. It is a practical development journey combining live training, real-world application, peer learning and assessment.

  • Preparation
    Set your development goals, complete your baseline assessment and prepare for the Coach journey.
  • Day 1
    Build your Coach foundation, explore the assessment approach and prepare for your real-world assignment.
  • Company visit
    Observe a live Obeya, interview participants and assess its maturity in a real organisational context.
  • Intervision
    Reflect with peers, sharpen your insights and develop your Coach Skills & Attitudes through practice.
  • Day 2 & 3
    Deepen your coaching and advisory capability, share your case insights and prepare for final assessment.
  • Assessment & certification
    Demonstrate your capability through your advice report and final evaluation to qualify as Certified Obeya Coach.
