This programme is designed around 6 distinct modules and includes bi-weekly virtual live support sessions to help you stay on track:

Before diving straight in, let's first introduce you to TwinxterAcademy, our community and your learning materials.

2. Prepare your journey
Understand why and how to set up a Transformation Team, what it should look like, the several roles in this team and how to organise yourself during this programme.

3. Learning Organisation
Dive into the WHY of continuous learning and learn to shift from imposing change upon people, to leading people through change. Facilitate and support brave spaces to encourage people to speak up, learn from mistakes and create a desire to learn. Analyse the current Learning Strategy and GAPs, related to your ambitions 

4. Grow your mind
Discover how to move through different Learning Zones. Experience how comfort zone, wording, behaviour and a Fixed- or Growth Mindset relate to each other. Learn to activate prompts in relation to mindset, different frameworks and operating models.

5. Learning Strategy
Learn to make continuous learning fun and never-ending. Experiment with design thinking, I-, T-, and M-shaped profiles, and develop your Learning Journey. Finally, you will design, optimise, and validate your company’s Learning Strategy in transformation. 

6. In closure
Before finishing, it's time for some reflection, feedback and finalising all open ends.
