The content was rich and well structured with a mixture of high quality video content. The course  itself is great allowing for interaction of participants. I was able to get a deep understanding of  the importance of being a Learning Organisation to support and leverage business agility for overall performance and people-centred transformation. The storytelling elements  were very engaging and it being  self-paced provides great flexibility.
