This programme is designed around 6 distinct modules and includes bi-weekly virtual live support sessions to help you stay on track:

Before diving straight in, let's first introduce you to TwinxterAcademy, our community and your learning materials.

2. Prepare your journey
Understand why and how to set up a Transformation Team, what it should look like, the several roles in this team and how to organise yourself during this programme.

3. A sustainable future
Kick-off with Business System Mapping to holistically understand your business context. Work with frames like the 4-Shifts from Kenneth Mikkelsen, the different domains of Business Agility and The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

4. System dynamics
Dive into Eco-Similarity Mapping and identify parallels between your business- and natural ecosystems. Work with Mintzberg's (emergent) Strategy Model and Senge's 5th Discipline Systems Thinking to grow beyond your current bounderies.

5. Adaptive Organisation
Study high-order networks, network topologies and Laloux Cultural model for dynamic networks. Execute an Organisational Network Analysis and explore Agile models like Spotify, Haier, Roche and others for organisational adaptability.

Before finishing, it's time for some reflection, feedback and finalising all open ends.
